This base could be made in a similar mould does not have to be the same round holes ( 50mm diameter) this base is used outside in building sites and moved from site to site it has to be reasonably strong

This base could be molded out of recycled rubber approx 28 kg 770mm long 205 wide 135 high, would prefer it if it is colored orange .We will be requiring full 20ft containers loads. Container is to be loaded and sealed by manufacturer .We are looking at importing large quantity on continues basis once we established quality of product. Above products will be our repetitive orders but we are looking at other products once we establish a relationship favoring long-term acquaintance.
