Groove :
For "A" section V belt 1/2 " Groove ( all types ) , or section "A" ( 13 mm x 8 mm ) .
The belt groove should be completely machined all round so that no visual parting lines or excess
material is left .
Motor pulleys ( Solid ) :
1- Concentricity of the groove with respect to center bore should not exceed ( 0.010 ) total
indicator reading.
2- Run out ( wobble ) groove with respect to center bore should not exceed ( 0.012 ) total
indicator reading.
3- Pulley bore diameter = 0.501 inch ? 0.502 inch
