A company from Sudan requires the following:
Product specifications: Turn key absorbent cotton factory project.
We need a reliable firm for the establishment, technical tie-up and installation
of a complete
turnkey small factory for making absorbent cotton (pharmaceutical medical
grade.)
The site of the factory is in Khartoum North in Sudan.
Capacity is around 450 tons per annum, (but this is not final).
One shift per day is preferred.
Annual capacity needed: 450 tons / daily, Production 1.5 tons, 300 working days
per year).
- Final products & packing: roll & zigzag (two sorts of packing with relative
cutting machines).
- Sizes suggested are 150gms and more.
- The card machine must be with high efficiency but number of machines should be
kept minimum (just to cover the 450 tons) for one shift working Regime.
- The offer must include a boiler with optimum capacity to meet producing 450
tons (one shift). The production line must include all machines & accessories
needed for bleaching & drying the cotton etc.
